- Technology Fortune 500 company claimed various publishing companies hired to advertise the company defrauded it out of tens of millions by utilizing “click-flooding”, “auto-redirects” and fake app names. Settled.
- Bank sued a technology company for misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair business practices and breach of nondisclosure agreement relating to the marketing of an automated loan underwriting process which the technology company alleged in a cross-complaint was proprietary. Settled.
- Independent physicians’ association and a health services plan sued each other for tortious interference with business relationships, violations of the Cartwright Act and breach of the applicable medical services agreement. Aside from the complexity of the facts, the computations of damages were equally complex which required a successful separate session with each side’s chief financial officer. Settled.
