- Medical malpractice claim against a hospital, surgeon and nurse alleging negligent performance of an ablation of the posterior wall of the heart and negligent follow up, causing an atrial esophageal fistula and multiple strokes a few weeks later. Settled.
- Plaintiff claimed she suffered serious urological injuries to her bladder and ureter as a result of a negligently performed vaginal hysterectomy, and negligent failure to diagnose cervical cancer. Settled.
